These are so good and so quick to make. I used minced beef but you can use any type of mince. To make these pinwheels extra fast, extra delicious and easy to prepare I used Heritage Bakers pre-rolled flaky puff pastry sheets.

Who doesn't love a sausage roll? My mum always made sausage rolls on the weekend, which were great as we were always so busy with weekend sports.
