Margarita Garlic Bread
Ingredients
1 handful fresh basil
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 cup mozzarella, grated
1 loaf Might Garlic Ciabatta
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over each half of the ciabatta loaf
Spread sliced tomatoes across each half
Bake the ciabatta loaf for 12 minutes, until golden brown.
Take out of the oven and scatter fresh basil on top. Option to finish with a drizzle of olive oil or balsamic vinegar and a crack of fresh pepper & salt. Cut in to slice and enjoy!
